The reason our Bomade is so nourishing is because we have over 30% Shea butter.  Shea butter contains \u003cspan\u003efatty acids and vitamins\u003c\/span\u003e throughout, which is what your skin and hair love about the balm.  Occasionally during manufacturing as the Shea butter is cooling, fatty acids start to become solid faster than the Shea itself and crystals form.  They will melt when rubbed between your fingers with your body heat.  Likewise, Summer temperatures can cause Shea butter to melt while it's shipped to you, forming harmless crystals; it's a function of the lush Shea butter.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eFRAGRANCE:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e Because we only use essential oils and not synthetic fragrance, you might notice a slight fragrance variation from batch to batch.
