Founder Benjamin Caja, in collaboration with various German designers, conceived a collection that reinterprets Mexican Midcentury design. The Low Table was designed by industrial designer Olivia Herms, who had already developed the Ring Table, a round dining table with a delicate metal frame and elegant terrazzo top, for Acapulco Design in spring 2021. The Low Table picks up on the design and materials of the Ring Table: the terrazzo top is supported by a delicate metal frame. Here, too, a ring acts as a central element, elegantly joining the table legs and top. The metal struts form a butterfly-shaped pattern.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAs a distinctive feature, the central ring characterizes the entire product portfolio of Acapulco Design. Olivia Herms, a long-time project manager at Konstantin Grcic, also designed the dining table with a ring as a defining stylistic element, which additionally allows for space-saving transport and easy assembly.
